Katie St.Clair

Katie is a strength and conditioning coach out of Charleston, SC. She has been training general population and athletes for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping everyone reclaim movement and find joy and reduction of pain using sound biomechanical principles alongside breathing. She looks for ways to use traditional exercise and the diaphragm to help clients make the most of their training. She is very passionate about promoting the role of females in the fitness industry and teaching them to become mentors. She created The Empowered Performance Program as a way to achieve this goal. As the creator of this project, she hopes to empower as many women as possible and create a community of health and fitness professionals who want to elevate the industry and elevate women's role within the industry.

Christal Laswell

Christal Laswell is a co-owner of IO Fit and Flow, a specialty fitness and wellness studio in Edwardsville, IL (St. Louis Metro East) and serves as a certified trainer and coach, including a pre- & postnatal specialty.  She is a lover of movement and mesmerized by the body and its capabilities.  She is most passionate about teaching women to move their best, and as efficiently as possible, while getting stronger, finding their inner badass and empowering them to appreciate the journey along the way.  Christal encourages her clients to embrace a real and sustainable approach to health and fitness, and places value on optimizing quality of movement. Christal, along with her BFF business partner, have worked to create a vision, for their business, that inspires growth, a brand that builds community, a community that cultivates inclusivity, and a philosophy of movement that empowers.  All of which they hope can positively influence the health and fitness industry, making it a place where women can thrive.

Stacey Schaedler

Stacey is a thoughtful strength + nutrition coach, a nerd when it comes to the human body, her mission is helping women feel incredible through intelligent strength training + sustainable nutrition. Over the past 15 years she has helped thousands of women gain strength, eliminate pain, and create their own way to eat for life that is all based on awareness. Stacey’s methods are backed by science, not bullshit quick fixes. She’s committed to helping women find their own magical balance of health. Whether they’re getting married, a new mom, or in the midst of menopause; Stacey gets women comfortable moving and shaking in their own skin. With just the right amount of humor and tough love, she will always acknowledge your strengths as well as consistently challenge them. Jill Zimmerman

Jill is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in helping people feel, function and look amazing everyday. Straying from traditional healthcare, she bridges the gap between Medicine and fitness. She owns a hybrid therapy/training studio called Perfectly Fit Wellness where she completely dedicates herself to her clients, tackling hard to fix problems and finding long term solutions to pain. Jill sees both men and women young and old with a wide variety of health concerns. Utilizing a movement based approach she unravels the layers of poor posture, dysfunctional breathing patterns, stress, and body mechanics to discover the underlying cause of aches and pains. Her goal is to not only fix whatever problem you have today but break bad habits that can lead to issues years from now. After the birth of her daughter, Jill took a special interest in Womens health issues including Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor dysfunctions. She is on the front lines of educating the fitness world on Women's health concerns and how to integrate women specific needs in to their programing.

Lucy Hendricks

Lucy Hendricks is the owner and founder of the Holistic Fitness Creator and co-owner of Enhancing Life LLC (Lexington, KY). She is a personal trainer that takes a holistic approach to health. She is a coach, educator, speaker, and blogger. Lucy is mostly known for her ability to take complicated topics and making them digestible for fitness and rehab professionals . She helps coaches who have clients that have been hindered by movement limitations get back to what they love whether it’s a competitive sport, general strength training, or living a life without pain.
 

 

 

Michelle Boland

Michelle Boland, Ph.D is a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA) and owner of Michelle Boland Training, LLC. Michelle was previously the Director of Education at a private training facility and a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Northeastern University (Boston, MA). She played soccer and basketball at the collegiate level while she completed a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. Michelle also has a master’s degree in strength and conditioning and a doctoral degree in exercise physiology. Michelle specializes in movement biomechanics, athletic development, and improving fitness while addressing nagging pain or injuries that may be limiting performance.

Aleena Kanner

Aleena is a Certified Athletic Trainer and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Aleena received her masters degree in athletic training in 2016 from the University of Arkansas, and opened her own private coaching business in New York City in 2018. She works to bridge the gap between injury and strength training. Aleena’s background as a competitive gymnast and olympic weightlifter has taught her to be relentless in pursuing whatever she is passionate about. Aleena recently began a podcast, Move Your Brain Move Your Body, in which she and her co-host interview guest experts on anything holistic health! Aleena’s philosophy is in order to heal, we must treat the whole person and the root issues, rather than treating the symptom. She believes that the most vital components to holistic well-being are healthy movement, comprehensive strength and mindset!

 

 

Erin Murray

Erin Murray is a nutrition, health, and strength coach that that splits her time between clients and academia. Her passion for science and whole foods directs much of her work, where she focuses on transforming biochemistry into delicious meal ideas, actionable steps, and sustainable new lifestyles for her clients. Her work also centers around a whole systems approach, where she synthesizes research on food, climate, and biological sciences to work towards building people and communities that make American food culture a healthier and more holistic one. She currently is finishing her two secondary degrees — a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion as well as her medical requirements to be a dietitian. She sees clients in-person as well as online, in addition to teaching courses and workshops around New England. Her deep belief in the connections between person, land, and food guides her own lifestyle so that she may lead by example. For that reason, you will find Erin often in the kitchen, her garden, or with her chickens if she’s not in the lab or gym.
