Join me EVERY Tuesday and Wednesday at 8am for a 60 minute workout online for anyone that wants to get a great burn, enhance their movement and mobility, decrease stress and feel amazing.
In addition to the live workouts you will get access on my website to recordings of all of the workouts so you can go back and repeat them when it is convenient.
Here is a General Session Breakdown for Tuesdays:
10 minute warm up with breathing, position, and co contractions to get your body ready for movement.
5-10 minutes of plyometrics and agility drills (low impact modifications for everything) to build athleticism, joint stability, and coordination as well as stimulate the nervous system.
20-25 minutes of strength (plyometrics could be mixed into this)
10-15 minutes of conditioning using aerobic and anaerobic intervals.
5-10 minutes of restorative movement and breathing to get you relaxed and start your recovery.
Here is a General Session Breakdown for Wednesdays:
Warmup: (10-15 Minutes) Targeted exercises timed with inhalation and exhalation to improved movement and get ready for the workout.
Main Lifts: (20-25 Minutes) Squats, Lunges, Hinges, Pushes and Pulls to get a full body burn. We will use position, and tempo, dynamic movements, and supersets, to maximize intensity. (equipment is optional)
Conditioning: (10-15 Minutes) We will use agility, plyometrics, low and high intensity continuous training to keep our heart rates elevated, get a good sweat, and get our head in the right place!
Cool Down: (5-10 Minutes) We will use positional breathing strategies to restore position, "unkink" the body, and calm the nervous system.
*Your membership allows you 24/7 access to the recorded workouts. In the event you cannot make a workout you will have access to the live recording to do at another time but any missed workouts will not be refunded or made up at another time.
Here is an equipment list for Tuesdays:
- 2 Dumbbells: 1 heavy (15-30lbs), 1 light (5-10lbs)
You can also sub any weight, KB, a Jug of Water, a book etc. (get creative as you need!)
- 1 Mat or Comfy Place to Lay Down
- A Chair or Sturdy Bench
- A Set of Super Bands (Link to Amazon)
You will need a place to hook them up and a rope and possibly carabiner. You may also want handles you can attach. (again, get creative) Here are some options: Carabiners, Handles, Handles + Carabiners + Door Hook
These are optional and I will give you modifications if you only have DB's so do not worry!
