SPINAL HEALTH IN MOTION

A FREE 5-DAY RESET FOR YOUR NECK, BACK, AND POSTURE

 STARTS AUGUST 17!

This course is for anyone dealing with neck or back tension or limited spinal mobility, coaches and practitioners who want a sharper lens on spinal mechanics, and anyone ready to understand their spine instead of just doing random spinal mobility drills.

INCLUDES A LIVE Q&A CALL AUGUST 24 AT 12PM ET!

5 days to a better understanding of how the spine moves through application.

Most spine mobility work treats the neck, mid-back, and low back like three separate problem areas, without much consideration for how motion in one region actually affects the others. This course takes a different approach. Over five days, you'll work through your understanding of spinal coupling motions in different areas and how to improve overall mobility and then integrate it as one connected system, so the work in one area actually supports the next and improves global movement.

For years I dealt with multiple disc herniations, in my lumbar spine and my cervical spine. I knew all the drills and I could manage a flare-up when it happened.

But what I didn't have was an understanding of why it kept happening in the first place.

That changed when I learned how the entire body was interacting and affecting my spine.

Instead of thinking I just had a bad spine I realized that it was just a consequence of my overall posture. I began with the breath and how my ribcage and diaphragm were moving, or not moving. I then worked my way down, improving how my thoracic spine rotated and how my pelvis and lumbar spine worked together, or, in my case, fought each other. Once I understood my own pattern and addressed the spine as a whole, the flare-ups stopped. Knock on wood, I haven't had one in years.

This is the same paradigm I used to get out of pain and stay out of it: breath,  paired with mobility for better expansion and contraction, and strength that integrated my positional needs, which helped better position and optimize the health of my entire spine.

Over five days starting August 17, we'll explore biomechanics through your body, using a segmental approach that builds toward integrated spinal function and a stronger, more resilient spine.

Here's what we're working through...

This reset is for you if:

  • You deal with neck, upper back, or low back tension, even if it's not constant or severe
  • You've done plenty of "spinal or thoracic mobility work" that never felt specific to what your spine actually needed
  • You're a coach or practitioner who wants to see the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine as one connected system instead of three separate problem areas and you would love a review of spinal mechanics in an easily digestible format.
  • You're curious how breath, pressure, and posture actually connect to how your spine moves, not just how it looks
You don't need to be in pain for this to matter. Spinal health is relevant whether you're managing your own tension, coaching someone through theirs, or just want a spine that holds up for the long run.

FIVE DAYS.
ONE CONNECTED SYSTEM.

Each day includes a brief explanation of spinal mechanics and 3 short follow-along video, about 15 to 20 minutes total, that walks you through that day's exercises. You'll get a daily email guiding you through the work as it unlocks.

I'm also including a live call on integrating this work into real training and Q&A time from the course, plus a chance to win entrance into my signature programs.
