This is one of my all time favorite workouts and my class agrees! I got so much great feedback from the participants regarding how effective this was for the glutes and learning to effectively load them in a way they had not experienced before. No booty bands or donkey kicks here 😅.
Hip Shifting and Core Stability:
Far too often people are overusing their lumbar spines due to lack of range at the hips. The problem is how do you know and how do you create stability AND mobility in the right places. This will give you a whole new appreciation for hip motion versus lumbar motion.
