No. The progamming is optional and I recently created an entirely new platform called the Empowered Fitness Membership which has detailed programming designed to take you from a base level and gradually move you up. The original programming that goes alongside the course has also been revamped with more tutorials. It is not for beginners, a year of quality movement in an athletic setting is probably a good idea. When we start you get to choose the programming that is the best fit for you and you can also reach out in our community forum to ask what is best. 

The live calls will be at noon EST on Tuesday's to accommodate as many different time zones as possible. If you can't make the live calls, they will be recorded and you can ask as many questions as you need to on slack or via email. I make myself available for questions 24/7. The small group, application, and case study calls are organized as we go and we try to get those all scheduled before the course starts. These calls are also recorded and added to the portal. 

You get to keep all of the slides and the notes for the entire course. The videos will only be available on the website but you will have an extra month to finish watching the videos so you have plenty of time! If you decide to sign up for a membership after the course then you will get access to the videos for as long as you are a member. The membership is $97 / month, cancel anytime and you get half off the first month.

I could write a script about how I'm willing to take on all the risk. etc. but I have literally had one student ever out of 1500 ask for a refund. If you are in a bind because of life circumstances or issues that are uncontrollable, I am always open to moving you to another cohort or giving you more time as you need.
