Empowered Performance is more than just a course. It’s a principle-based approach to movement that helps you build a stronger lens for coaching, assessing, and programming—grounded in biomechanics and applied through real-life practice.


The Self-Paced version gives you full access to the course content, 12-week strength programming, and recorded guest lectures—without the live calls or community interaction. This option is ideal if you're looking for flexibility, and want to study and implement at your own pace.

 This is not a cookie cutter program and the content evolves and changes every time I run the course.

You will learn principles of biomechanics and biotensegrity, respiratory mechanics, tendon health, gait, pelvic floor health, assessment, exercise selection, program design and more, based on the latest science.

I am giving you the tools, and we will actively learn together and then you get to implement it how it suits your clients and your  business. I try to teach in the simplest way I know how, and will continuously go over the material from different angles for better understanding.
