Assessment to Action: A Live Case Study - $39

What if your client’s pain isn’t a problem with the exercise- but with their starting position?

As a movement professional, you’ve seen it:
A client can’t squat without back pain.
Step-ups flare their knee.
Running’s off-limits because their SI joint always fights back.

You’ve tried your best- modifying, avoiding, accommodating. But it’s starting to feel like they’re stuck, and maybe you are too.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re guessing or like you don’t have the tools to help them move forward…

I want you to know- I’ve been there too.

After more than a decade of coaching, I almost walked away from the field completely.
I was burnt out, frustrated, and constantly second-guessing myself—especially when my own body was hurting, too.

This case study is a window into what changed everything.

Case Study Info:

Kelly is a 40-year-old runner who works full-time at a desk job. She used to play soccer and still wants to, but back pain has made it nearly impossible.

Here’s what she’s dealing with:

  • Chronic low back pain on both sides
  • Burning, constant tension in her erectors and QL
  • Deadlifts, glute bridges, and hinging movements all cause pain
  • Sprinting and quick-change sports like soccer flare her symptoms
  • She’s had a long history of lower body injuries: left quad tear, right quad tendon tear, high ankle sprain, and an old clavicle fracture
  • Sitting at her desk worsens the pain—but long runs do not

Kelly strength trains when she can, but inconsistency and pain have kept her from progressing. Her biggest goal? To play soccer and lift weights without flaring up her back.

What you’ll see live:
In this session, I’ll walk you through how I assess Kelly’s active range of motion, what I learn from her breathing patterns and posture, and how I use that information to guide her movement selection in real time.

A Connective Tissue Approach to Exercise Selection - $39

What if your programming is missing the key to smoother, stronger movement?

Connective tissue is the often-overlooked system that forms the foundation for efficient, powerful, and pain-free motion. By understanding how it works—and how to train it—you can improve performance, prevent injuries, and create a body that moves with ease and resilience.

Join me for a deep dive into the science and application of connective tissue training. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies that will transform how you design programs, work with clients, and guide them toward better movement and lasting results.

In this 90-minute live session, we’ll explore:

  • How connective tissue operates and its role in efficient movement.
  • Discovering the free energy system and how to optimize it for sustained energy.
  • The diaphragms’ role in improving joint positioning and tension relationships.
Understanding and training connective tissue can help you move with less effort, recover faster, and prevent injury—all while improving strength and mobility.
These principles are essential for trainers, athletes, and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the body.

  •  Learn how to manipulate volume, intensity, complexity and load and how to categorize exercises so you hit all the main movements in your program.

  • Learn to develop a daily and weekly structure and how to prioritize recovery based on peripheral and nervous system fatigue.
  • Put all of the pieces of Part 1 together as we take you through a full case study to develop a 12 week program for a client, to include daily, weekly, and monthly breakdown with specifics of exercise selection, volume and load changes, and monthly and weekly options for periodization.
  • Receive the template we used on the webinar as well as access to our client intake form.

Pressure Leaks and Performance - $29

Understand how compensations create leaks in our body's pressure management system.

Katie will break down 3 common leaks: Hernias, Diastasis, Prolapse, and provide you with specific examples of breathing drills and strength exercises to help your clients and yourself.

Expect to:

  • Develop a lens for seeing the human body as a fluid filled sac that is capable of changing shape based on our unique adaptations.

  • Understand hernias and the most common presentations we see in both males and females.
