Twisted Legs: Why Your Whole Body Needs a Whole-Body Assessment

Legs can get twisted. This twist is actually pretty common. It doesn't bother me, and it often doesn't bother others, but sometimes it does.

My own example

After three hours of pickleball, I felt it more. Lots of cutting, starting and stopping makes my already twisted leg a bit more twisty. Lucky for me, I know how to get it back into better positioning so my entire body can work better.

Nothing works in isolation

That's why it's so important to be able to visually assess the entire body and have strategies for addressing every twist and turn.

If you're a coach, therapist or other movement professional, you can learn how to do this too.
